FEE STRUCTURE
(For Eileen’s participation only)
There are three levels of fees for a one-hour program:
1. Corporations, Government Agencies, Colleges and Universities (100%)
2. Small Businesses and Civic Organizations ((75%)
3. Schools and Non-Profits (50%)
Fees increase when:
• dancers, disc jockeys, musicians, or other artists are part of the program
• additional program time is requested
• dance lessons are added
• a sound system for musicians is necessary
• flight and hotel needed; over 300 mile drive
Equipment Requirement for video lectures
• laptop
• large screen
• projection system to amplify sound and project film clips
• podium and hand-held, cordless microphone
Non-Negotiable (can’t offer discounts for other artists’ services)

PRICE A $2,800 (9 musicians, sound system, presenter, instructor)
PRICE B $2,200 (6 musicians, sound system, presenter, instructor)
Live Band and Dance Instructor
PRICE A $2,200 (9 musicians, sound system and dance instructor)
PRICE B $1,800 (6 musicians, sound system and dance instructor)
The band plays two 45-Minute sets.
Two 30 minute lessons (before the band plays and during the band’s break)
Video Presentation, Dance Lesson and Disc Jockey
PRICE $1,500
One hour video presentation, 30 minute dance class, DJ for two hours
Disc Jockey and Dance Instructor
PRICE $850
Dance class-30-60 minutes
DJ three hours
